I STARTED PLAYING AT THE AGE OF 12, TEACHING MYSELF (WHICH MEANS I KNOW ALL THE PIT FALLS...) BY LEARNING THE SONGS THAT I LOVE. FOR MANY YEARS MY PLAYING DIDN'T IMPROVE UNTIL I HAD MET OTHER MUSICIANS TO LEARN FROM. 20 YEARS OF PERFORMANCE AND 10 YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE LATER, I AM PROUD TO CALL MYSELF A PROFESSIONAL TEACHER AND MUSICIAN!

WHAT ARE THE LESSONS LIKE?
I provide individualised lessons ensuring you're learning what you want to learn. I try to make sure we're learning songs that you know well and want to play. Technique, music theory and other skills will be covered along the way. My main goal is to make you fall in love with guitar and listening to and playing music!
WHO DO YOU TEACH?
I welcome students of all abilities that are over the age of 8 (it's kind of tricky when your hands are still a bit small, haha). Whether you're just starting out or have been playing for a while and want access to that next level of playing, we can work towards your goals.
WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?
I'm willing to teach on any week day, at any time, unless i'm out gigging...
WHERE DO YOU TEACH?
I'm based in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire. I have a comfortable music room to teach in, although i'm happy to come to you if you live within a 15 mile radius. I also do online lessons via zoom or skype.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
I charge £30 for an hour lesson and £20 for 30 mins. I also offer discounts to people booking in bulk for regular lessons.
